I used to drink ACV because it’s so good for health, blood sugar, acid reflux etc, but I couldn’t stand the flavor or smell it so it didn’t last, I found gummies and it’s so easy to eat them and have my dose of apple cider vinagre every morning. Plus they are delicious, no after taste, saw they are 3er party tested, so got my dad and hubby also on them, definitely would purchase more for them.
I’ve been using this product for a little while. I do notice that if I take it about 1 hour before I eat then it definitely curbs my appetite. I will be purchasing another bottle.
All the bottles I’ve gotten have been good. Has a great flavor, and healthy ingrediants . I don’t know about the weight loss. That’s not why I bought them. I simply feel better and have more energy. I’m 56 and will continue to purchase these.
